In 2016, the NCSM (National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics) and TODOS: Mathematics for ALL release a position statement entitled, Mathematics Education Through the Lens of Social Justice: Acknowledgment, Actions, and Accountability.
This is an important document to read and all math educators need to work toward achieving its goals.
